Your two-week baseline tracking will give us a great starting point from which to build. 


I recommend www.cronometer.com to track your food intake. It provides great info and has some cool features that you can grow with as you build your nutrition acumen.

Based on our discussions and your two week tracking, you will begin your nutritional plan that includes:

  • Recommended caloric intake and macros
  • Habit development
  • Progress tracking
  • Weekly check-ins and modifications as needed
