I CREATE and IMPLEMENT personalized fitness plans for clients looking for improved health. I am a National Association of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer with more than 20 years' experience in the world of volleyball and special interest in resistance training.
My goal is to help you LIVE the life you want LONGER!
We often talk about longevity. Living longer must be about more than age on your driver's license. It's about enjoying the years you have with the ones you love. Moving your body and giving it healthy foods help you make the most of the life you have and prepares you for your future! From focusing on balance and mobility, to functional fitness or performance – and even just making space for some “me” time, I will work with you to design a program that is realistic, goal-oriented and actually works for you.

Ladies... here's an important fact: after the age of 35, we lose .5% of muscle mass per year and 1% muscle strength per year. Resistance training is a crucial part of your plan. I can help you navigate this change and build a program that is unique to you!
