In the first half of my career, I was fortunate to work for a high performing and vibrant company. My final role was leading a global team as Director of People Strategy, Technology and Analytics. Our mission was to create meaningful employee experiences through effective, engaging and simple systems, connecting People strategy to business goals. I take all those experiences with me. After 20 years in the semiconductor industry, I turned my energy and commitment to what calls my heart - helping others get healthy, enjoy life and experience nature.
